From 1990 to 1998, under the guidance of leading experts in Bioresonance, he completed private training at Regumed in Germany, where he expanded his knowledge of human anatomy and specialized in the use of Bioresonance technology. He obtained the highest certifications qualifying him to use Bioresonance equipment in the healthcare field. Thanks to these new skills, he expanded the services offered by his Center for Natural Medicine and Therapies in Manno, increasing his staff to 19 employees personally trained by him. Within a few years, the center was serving an average of 5,000 patients, most of whom came from Italy through word-of-mouth referrals.

Around the year 2000, he attended a theoretical and practical training course in Postural Osteopathic Therapy in Como, Italy, with Professor Philippe Caiazzo at the Italian Academy of Postural Osteopathic Therapy (AITOP). In addition to developing greater manual skills and experience and earning a First-Level Diploma in Postural Osteopathy, he was encouraged by his mentor to pursue independent research in this field, which at the time was still relatively underdeveloped. Over the years, Balmelli continued developing a clinical postural restoration technology that is now known as Kyminasi Postural. Since 2013, he has trained and collaborated with Dr. Luca Corvi, a Doctor of Physiotherapy, in the application of Kyminasi Postural techniques. Together, they refined the methodology through its application to more than 2,500 patients and documented the protocol in a training manual designed to support the education of physicians and healthcare professionals beginning in 2027.

In 2001, he began collaborating at the medical practice in Carpi (Modena) of Professor Pietro Procopio, a Medical Doctor specialized in Ophthalmology and Professor of Iridology at the University of Urbino. Professor Procopio invited and hosted Balmelli to conduct advanced assessments and treatments for his patients through Bioresonance equipment, the application of Balmelli’s proprietary methods, as well as his extensive expertise in osteopathy and homeopathy. Balmelli’s presence in Italy further facilitated access for the many patients who had already become loyal to his services and who increasingly expressed the desire for him to establish a healthcare facility in Italy.

Responding to this demand, in 2003 Balmelli accepted a position directing and practicing at a newly established multidisciplinary Center for Integrated Medicine in the Province of Como, Italy, close enough to the Swiss border to remain accessible to patients from Canton Ticino. The center, now known as Biomedic Clinic & Research, remains operational today and has contributed to building a patient base of more than 40,000 individuals across Italy and Switzerland who have sought Balmelli’s professional services (www.biomediccenter.com). In recent years, patients from all regions of Italy, as well as from several foreign countries—primarily the United States and European Community nations—have traveled to the clinic to receive integrated medical care utilizing methodologies developed by Fulvio Balmelli.

From 2003 to the present, he has coordinated the work of the Medical Specialists at the Center and supervised a team of Bioresonance professionals personally trained by him and subsequently certified by Regumed in Germany. He also continued his own advanced Bioresonance training at Regumed, obtaining additional certifications in 2008 and 2009. At Biomedic Clinic & Research, he provides integrated healthcare services within the scope of his professional training, conducting advanced assessments to support the physicians of the Center and delivering biophysical and Bioresonance treatments for approximately 900 conditions and symptoms listed on the official Biomedic website. During this period, he also continued developing his evolution of Bioresonance technology, which in 2012 became known as Cytoalgorithmics, defined as the mathematical and biophysical decoding of alterations in numerous biological processes of the human body within clinical and pathological contexts, representing an expanding body of knowledge.

In 2010, supported by Dr. Elia Roberto Cestari, the medical and scientific coordinator of the project, he began developing an innovative medical weight-loss protocol capable of enabling patients to lose up to 50 kilograms of excess body weight in approximately seven months while stabilizing the body within an additional three months to minimize the risk of regaining weight. The protocol, called Kyminasi Diet, began achieving significant success in Italy in 2021, with a rapidly growing network of authorized physicians and nutrition biologists. By 2025, the program had expanded to virtually all Italian regions with more than 300 active licenses.

From 2013 to 2020, he broadened his studies into additional areas of interest, obtaining several Master’s-level certifications in International Humanitarian Law, Human Resource Management, Civil Protection and Territorial Safeguarding, Intelligence and Analysis, Immigration Law, and International Cooperation. During the same period, he participated as a guest speaker at numerous educational conferences, presenting on topics related to natural medicine, nutritional supplementation, biology, and biophysics.

In 2021, he obtained the qualification of MCB (Massotherapist and Head Wellness Operator), acquiring updated competencies as an auxiliary healthcare professional specialized in Massage Therapy, Hydrothermal Treatments, and Bioresonance. This qualification, recognized throughout Europe and promoted by the Lombardy Region, became in 2020 a requirement established by the Italian Ministry of Health for independently treating patients with pathological conditions under medical prescription.

Since 1990, he has conducted daily independent and self-funded research in the fields of Biophysics and Quantum Science, using himself as a research subject and deliberately inducing significant physiological alterations that were carefully monitored. This work led him to important discoveries regarding the variables through which the body modifies its biological processes and to the development of an informational language for biological systems capable of restoring original processes when altered. Since 2018, the agricultural sector has enthusiastically embraced the results of the biotechnologies he developed. The Kyminasi Plants – Crop Booster technology has been subjected to multiple scientific studies across several continents, validating various aspects of its effectiveness. Balmelli’s commitment to finding practical solutions not only for agriculture but also for combating global hunger and promoting self-sufficiency in developing countries led to his nomination for the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity and, on two occasions, for the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize.

In 2024, he received the award for Best Researcher at the Asia International Research Awards in India.
